My Review :

This book tells about 2 teenagers in their high school in 1986. They were named Eleanor and Park. Eleanor, women with her curly red hair just moved school.

In his new school, he became a victim of bullying because of her appearance looks messy. Actually, She was not so. But the disadvantage's economic state of her life, making she can't stand-looking as a woman in general.

Her parents are divorced and her mother had just married to another man. Eleanor hates her stepfather because she is rude attitude. Her life is increasingly heavy because with minimal financial in his family, there are still four siblings who should bear in his life.

While Park, a Korean man who comes from a family established. Parents were completed and 1 normal man brothers. They were not lack of shortages and Park lives deserve teenage men in general.

Both at school and at school bus during the school trip went to school, Eleanor has always been ridicule and laughed at. But all began to change when Eleanor sat benches with Park in a school bus. At first it was their sitting position because of  

it doesn't do it on purpose.Park who initially feels uncomfortable by being near Elanor, turns to be interested and without he realized always sees where Eleanor is. Likewise with Eleanor.

As the day goes, those sitting positions are becoming permanent. During the position, they started to talk. Initially just small talk and unimportant. Then proceeded to the topic about each other's interests. Park which has a collection of tape songs and comics, borrowing the goods to Eleanor. It turned out that their chat both. And it's not strange when it comes a feeling of like among them.

Park admits he is very love with Eleanor. 

He is concerned with Eleanor above everything. Although his friends saw him strangely or his mother who lacked Eleanor, Park remains frankly with what he loves, namely Eleanor.

Eleanor itself is also love with Park. It felt that it was her sweet first love. Although he is no experience of dating, but by the way Park treats him, Eleanor feels comforting. Even so, Eleanor worry when his relationship with Park is known by his stepfather. He was sure that his stepfather would drive him and even harm Park. But what can that be done by adolescents still below? While love comes to, there are still many to consider for the future.
